Sam and Jane Hua are the owners of Peking Garden in Collinsville,
IL. They have been in the food business since 1990.
Peking Garden specializes in Hunan, Szechwan, and Cantonese
cuisine. All the food is homemade with 100% vegetable oil and no MSG. The owners take pride in their ability to
provide customers with the best quality food as well as friendly service.
Their customers can order over the phone for carry out
or dine in with them. They also offer a catering service. A smoking section and a private party room (for up to
50 people) is available to the customers. The restaurant also serves cocktails, beer, and wine.
